I could get the top off, but not the opening to drink from it. I have tried everything, including a screwdriver to pry with and a pair of pliers to pull, but nothing worked. I'm going to return and ask for another one as it is very well made and I like it. Update: My fault totally, it is very easy to open and I really enjoy the cup. It's great.

My new favorite coffee mug, holds the temp for a good few hours and even after a long shift it’s still warm. Leak proof and good quality. Size is perfect and so is the color. I would definitely get another one or gift it to a friend.

The lid broke immediately. It’s like it was made of cheap plastic or something. It does keep everything warm but only worked for one day.

I love these locking cups. I have never had a problem with them spilling and they look great. Gave as a gift and was a hit!

The plastic on the lid breaks easily, but if it remains intact, it doesn't leak.

Muy bonito producto, de gran calidad y viene excelentemente empacado, envuelto en papel de china, en bolsa de tela y en caja de cartón. Su tapa funciona maravillosamente, no se riegan los líquidos. Cumple con lo que promete, bonita, buen tamaño, no tira ni una gota pero como tiene imán la tapa hay que conocerla bien pues es dificil abrirla, y se me cayó la tapa y se rompio😔😔 ¿ me.pregumto si la venden por separado?
