If anything the drink is a bit apple-heavy when you first take a sip, and the rhubarb elements come along after the zing of the apple fades, making it quite a satisfying thing to drink. Even I liked it although, with it being her ladyship's thing, I will not work my way through her stock! So, we both like the idea that there are two flavours working together here, although it was a bit of a surprise to see the apple element being so up-front to begin with. The drink certainly seems to be the genuine article as opposed to some concoction from a laboratory somewhere that never saw either apple or rhubarb, merely a bunch of E-numbers with added fizz.
