I love it. It runs great and its not noisy. It is huge so I recommend making sure you have room on the counter and the power is nice on it. Stainless steel color is nice and its features and ease of use is great. Overall I am thrilled with this microwave compared to the Cuisinart one that failed after 3 years and the motor ended up going out.

I really like this GE microwave. After two days of searching, I rested on the GE, because it had all of the features I was looking for. The size, wattage, ease of operation, price, and look checked all of the boxes for me. We've had a built-in GE microwave for over 15 years that never needed servicing up until now, which speaks of the quality and durability of their machines. The button keypad is intuitive to use and easy to clean. I like that setting the clock is a quick setup unlike other microwaves I've dealt with in the past. The 1200 watt power level heats food quickly as one would expect. The functionality of the microwave is straightforward with no guessing of how to operate it. The amount of room within the heating compartment offers plenty of space for anything my family and I can throw at it. Overall: The microwave is very attractive and does a great job of heating up food.

This thing is big enough to fit a 10-15 lb turkey in it. I wouldn’t actually do that, but I’m giving you an idea of its internal size/dimensions. It’s also quite powerful, so be careful when you first get this thing. What used to take 2:00 minutes will now happen in about 45 seconds. This of course depends on how many watts you had before, but again I’m just trying to give an idea about how it works. It is pretty quiet. It’s a bit heavy. The option to turn off the child lock is quite simple. Just use a screwdriver, or your fingernail if you have strong nails, and turn it to the “off” position. That’s it, it’s done. As far as durability goes, it’s been working well for me for over a month. Durability I cannot speak on until I’ve had it longer, but in my experience in life, if something electronic works when you plug it in, it will most likely last for a long time. Like 10 years or so in my experience. the value is decent considering how large and powerful it is. And as you can see from the photos, I think it looks nice. I bought all new appliances this year, and I bought everything in black/stainless steel. I’m glad I did because everything looks nice and sleek now. If you need a microwave, and have a large family, or want to cook/reheat large items, then this microwave is a great option.

Good basic microwave Large capacity, which I enjoy

My biggest gripe is the interior of this microwave is NOT stainless steel. I asked Rufus before I bought it, Rufus said the interior was stainless steel. The description really doesn't say, and the ad does not show the interior. The description could be better, Rufus could be better, and when I called GE to inquire the nice lady had to hunt for the answer. Maybe Rufus will read this ad and correct itself. The next gripe is the prongs in the plug were bent so badly I couldn't plug it in. The appliance could have been packed better. Conclusion, the description could be better, Rufus could be better, the packing could be better. How well it performs and holds up it yet to be seen. I just received it, I have thirty days to try it out.

Purchased as a gift for a dear friend. It performs well and has very well thought out and useful features! Delivery was rapid and packaging was superb. 10 STARS!!!!

Very nice oven at a good price. Much larger capacity and higher wattage than the one being replaced. Same make as the one that served us for 30 some years. Nice features, and easy to use and clean.

I love it because it’s very efficient. I love the large capacity. I only wish there was a dome type of sound when it finishes cooking. There is not warning when it’s finished. It’s not a deal breaker for me though. I’m still very pleased with it.
