Measurements rub off
Measurements rub off the outside of the syringe with just a few uses. Makes them worthless for actually drawing up medicine or anything else that requires accuracy

Does not come with caps. Arrived very grimy.
Did not come with caps, thought it was a mistake so ordered a replacement. Replacement didn’t come with caps either!! Also comes in very unclean packaging. Syringes are a bit grimy. Obviously want to wash all syringes before use, but these seemed especially dirty.

Seller Dropped the ball again. No caps x2 orders.
The product itself is a favorite of mine. They are very convenient to draw up doses of my liquid Phenergan in weekly intervals. They’re also great for on the go medication administration as the USUALLY COME WITH CAPS to cap off the medication securely to avoid spills in bags. However my biff is with this darn seller 2x in one week I’ve had to call and get a refund and reorder only to have them arrive without the caps WHICH IS THE ONLY REASON I BUY THEM! This seller needs to get on the ball or they risk losing their ability to sell these on Amazon. I’ve escalated this concern to higher ups customer service and they told me that they plan to remove Royal Meds/A+ Elite’s ability to sell on Amazon unless they rectify this issue immediately. As a disabled consumer, I don’t have the money to buy in bulk from Healthcare Logistics and shouldn’t have to as these syringes will last a very long time if you care for them accordingly. I only took 2 stars off because you can’t rate the seller and the product individually. If I had the choice the seller would receive ZERO stars and the product would receive FIVE STARS.
