Arrives very well packaged and organized.This is a good looking kettle, and it works just as good.The manual outlines which temperatures are best for whatever you're wanting to make by listing the optimum temperatures for different types of teas or whatever else you may want to use this for.ie- Black tea - 212 °F, Coffee - 205 °F, etc etc.All of those temperatures are quickly accessible by the preset button on the base, to which it heats the water fairly quickly to the desired temperature.I found the filter did well to prevent tea particles from entering the water. This was a relief when I used a finer ground "loose leaf" tea that I had ordered recently. The filter did a great job preventing particles from entering the water, while still allowing good saturation to make a flavorful pot of tea.The kettle is easy to clean. The hardest thing to clean will be the filter basket, but this is to be expected.Overall, I'm very impressed and look forward to using this on the daily.

I like that the tea kettle shows the temperature of the water as it heats up and that you can keep it warm for up to an hour. It did heat up very quickly. It was a tad loud for a while, but not unusually so and for only a short period of time.The different function buttons aren't always touch sensitive and sometimes it takes more than one try to get it to respond, which can be a bit frustrating. The tea kettle comes with a tea infuser, but I would never brew tea in a kettle that I use for heating up water.Overall, I like the features even if they aren't always responsive, but I find the price of $89.99 (price at the time of this review) a bit too expensive.Edit to add: Now that I've used this kettle for awhile, I really like it. Compared to my old one, it is much quieter and considerably faster. Still seems overpriced however.

Per the manual, there are two versions of this electric kettle. I am reviewing the version which has a titanium base plate, and stainless tea infuser. The other version of this kettle has a titanium tea infuser instead of stainless, again, per the instructions. Both versions use borosilicate glass, which is one of my favorite materials to use in the kitchen. The top of the kettle is attached with silicone and a plastic-y top.This kettle works pretty much as described. The control buttons are not always responsive, and it sometimes takes 2-3 "pushes" to get the kettle to acknowledge the push. The buttons are membrane switches, which can wear out over time, so I'm going to try to be very careful not to push too hard or too many times in order to protect the switches from becoming totally unresponsive.I do like that the kettle keeps the water or tea hot and that I can see how dark the tea is in the kettle so I know if it's over-steeped.

I have been searching for an electric kettle for a while and came across this one. I could not ask for a better option. Not only is this a space save in my small kitchen, but it is so easy to use. It has multiple temperature buttons, and each button is labeled with with tea works best for that temperature. The clear glass design is super stylish and goes with any decor. It heats up in seconds and clean up is a breeze. All the parts are easily removable and smooth surfaces. You will not regret this purchase.

Everything seemed great. Instructions say to boil a few times to clean and get the new smell out. When filled to the max the first time as it boiled it would come out through the spout a little. But it was splashes. When I did it a second time it started over boiling from the max line until the line in the photo. It should’ve turned off but it kept going. That was a messier situation. Don’t recommend filling to the max when using and keep you the on it. Everything else worked fine. Materials are sturdy and easy to use.

The media could not be loaded. This kettle boils water quickly, taking just a few minutes to boil 1.5 liters. Its panel has a choice of different functions, each of which has a specific suitable temperature. Of course, the panel also shows the current temperature, so it is more convenient for me to pay attention to the temperature of the water and not burn. The function of insulation is also excellent, especially in winter. I can drink warm water at any time. It is a good tea set for making tea, and the filter element it matches is very convenient to use and effectively separates the tea leaves. The kettle's bottle is made of glass, which makes it very easy to clean.
