I will update my post as I workout this week. I currently do high impact cardio and a lot of ab work 7 days a week. (Chloe Ting challenge! Check her out on YouTube!!!!) add that with a waist trainer and you’ve got Killer results!I was just wearing a Walmart golds gym waist trainer at the start of this challenge, which worked great but didn’t cover my whole torso. My results are crazy good and I’m only on week 3 of my challenge.I’m so stoked to have a waist trainer that covers lower abs, upper abs AND BACK!!!These things will make you seriously sweat and trim down that belly fat like you won’t believe!!!I ordered a size medium. I am 5’5’’, my waist is 31 inches, my hips are 37 inches and I weigh 151 lbs.It’s a little snug but I would rather that than have it a little too big. Especially while I’m transforming so quickly right now. (Seriously recommend chloe ting!!!)The only complaint I have so far is that the shoulder straps seem loose and come away from the skin a pretty good amount. I hope this won’t be a problem while working out. I’m willing to give it a shot & will continue to update throughout this week!!UPDATE::Able to move all around. Not restricting. The loose arms don’t seem to cause an issue. Maybe even better to allow full range of motion.Sweat? Wow!!! And let me just say, I am NOT a sweaty person!I could see the sweat accumulating on my sports bra but never dripping from my belly & back like the golds gym trainer did. I got to wondering if it was as good as the golds gym one because of this. BUT HEAR ME OUT. It’s just made of a material that holds the moisture. The back of my sports bra is under the vest so the bra fabric soaks the moisture instead and this is why I’m only seeing sweat there. I did a test with a small cotton swatch that I crocheted (cotton absorbs and holds moisture). I put the swatch under my vest on my tummy and completed my cardio workout. At the end (guys. Omg.) I was able to actually WRING OUT the sweat on that swatch!SO YES IT MAKES YOU SWEAT WHETHER YOU SEE IT OR NOT.Only complaint I have is that the zipper moves and hangs (and it’s a pretty large one) so when you’re doing anything on your tummy it can kind of hurt. BUT I’m going to see a pice of fabric to act as a pocket for the zipper because this vest is a KEEPER!!!!My photos I’m sharing are of my results before and during weeks 1,2&3 doing Chloe Tings workout challenge while wearing a waist trainer. You can literally see me slimming and toning!!Also, sorry for the sweaty bra but I really wanted to show that it works. And as you can see from the results, it really really makes a difference!!!SERIOUS RESULTS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VEST AND CHLOE TINGS CONTENT!!!!!

I have bought this item three times. Four years ago I was 215lbs with a good amount of fat to my body. I attribute my size changes to this vest. Absolutely comfortable to wear all day long. I’ve learned that the closer your fat is too the body, the faster it burns. I started with a large which was tight, but I purposely ordered smaller for the purpose of keeping my fat as close as possible. I myself didn’t find this uncomfortable. After about 7 months I found myself ordering a small. I skipped the medium to yet again have it tighter on purpose. I wore it almost everyday for the entire day. Now I find myself two months postpartum. And I am again ordering for the fourth time. I am so excited for this to come in because it surely does make a difference in a weight loss journey!

I am a size 16 and I ordered a large. It fits well and doesn't roll up. The only con is it could have been a lil longer. The torso is short. It definitely helps to provide a good sweat. It has very good stretch too.

I got a small as recommended. I’m 5’6” 140lbs. Fitted, comfortable, works. I love it. It has a stretch to it so you can breathe, but feels secure. The straps are secure and out of the way. There are 3 sets of hooks with three more eyes for an adjustable fit. Great quality.

Size: I'm 5'4" 135lbs, so based on several reviews saying it runs big, I ordered the extra small, but I couldn't even get the zipper to connect, so I returned it for a small, and the small is exactly what I would expect. It's a bit of work to get it zippered, but that's how it should be.Length: Other reviews said it's really long. Now my perception may be skewed because I have a long torso for my height, but for me, it's just right, and even though I have a long torso, I'm still only 5'4".Sweat: Some reviews said it doesn't increase sweat, but it absolutely does - and in a good way. It makes you sweat while absorbing most of it, so the vest itself isn't dripping, but it definitely does what it's supposed to do.Cons: I power walk, so it's chafing at my underarms/side boob/bra fat. But that's kind of to be expected.The bottom part of the zipper does dig a bit into my belly, so I would recommend undies that come up under it.It doesn't shift, though it does buckle slightly, so I wouldn't wear it as a corset under regular clothes, but it does the job for working out.Overall, I have to give it 5 stars because it fits as it should, and it does the job it's advertised to do. I am pleased and considering buying another one for daily wear (I work from home, so no one would ever see it) because it also provides back support and forces you to keep your core tight.All in all, I highly recommend it. But do measure before deciding on your size. And it occurs to me that I should probably mention that while the small fits as I would expect, I have a relatively wide back for my size, so that probably had plenty to do with why I couldn't get the extra small to zipper. Just something to keep in mind. For me, the small is just right, and if it really does work the way I think it's working, it's my hope that I'll have to order an extra small in a month or two.

Today (03/23/2025) 730am 1st day wearing and got it yesterday. I must say, I was going to order old faithful but decided to buy this one after reading the reviews. I have been active ALL day and sweating as I do believe, I will see results. I typically give myself 30 days to see results as I wear my sweat vests all day everyday. Trust me results are faster given your level of physical activity. I have it in the 1st snap as you snap/zip up mid-section then pull down. Can't wait to get to 2nd snap as it shows progress of weightloss reduction/calories
