I am impressed with this mix, it is actually soft even after being in freezer for 24 hours it is firmer but still can’t get a spoon in ok

Sugar free ice cream mix
We've bought this for my partner's mom who is diabetic and cab no longer get the diabetic friendly ice cream she used to like from the supermarket. It's a little addition to her Christmas gifts so I don't know if she likes it yet, I'll update after she's tried it. I must say that the company were extremely helpful in sorting out a problem which was very nice of them. Would definitely buy again based on our experience.

Tasty low sugar alternative ice-cream
