Excellent product!
This magnesium formula is miraculous. It is a game changer. I feel more energised but relaxed at the same time. My sleep is also greatly, improved. The puffiness in my ankles has reduced and almost gone. I will definitely be buying this product again. Viridian products are one of the best on the market.

Solid magnesium option that does its job
I’ve been using Viridian’s High Potency Magnesium for a few weeks now, and overall, I’ve found it to be a solid supplement. I decided to try it out mostly to help with tiredness and fatigue, and I've noticed some improvement in my energy levels, especially during the afternoons when I usually hit that slump. The fact that it’s vegan and has no artificial fillers is a huge plus for me. It feels good to know I’m putting something clean into my body. I’m not a big fan of swallowing pills, but these capsules are fairly easy to take. There’s no weird aftertaste or anything, which is nice. On the downside, I did experience some mild stomach discomfort initially. It wasn’t terrible, but I think it’s worth mentioning. I figured it was just my body adjusting, and it did get better after a few days, so maybe it’s something others might experience too. Also, the dosage is a bit on the higher side for magnesium, so if you’re sensitive to it, you might want to start off with a lower dose. In summary, I’m pretty satisfied with this magnesium supplement. It seems to do what it claims, and I appreciate the ethical sourcing and clean formulation. Just be mindful if you have a sensitive stomach, and you should be good to go.

My doctors advised me to take these tablets to help with my sleep. I've had several jars and I'm very happy with them and my sleep has improved. It's a comfortable dosage with no obvious side-affects.
