I like this particular brand of Collagen Peptides and Bone broth (and there are many out there). This product in my Weight Watchers fruit smoothie is the perfect addition to add protein and the effects of collagen to my diet. Pre-workout and or post-workout and this provides me with a great boost of protein power to get through my days and help my fruit smoothie stick to my ribs. This has also made a nice difference in my hair (thickening it up and new hair growth) and with nails and skin. Great product, definite results for the two of us that use it in my household. Love it. This is my 3rd container of the Warrior Strong product (I bought this over Dr. Axe's products and just wanted an unflavored version) and I thought it was time to write a review. I have MS and have been on a total body transformation and have moved from 208 to 164 (so far) and am still working at it. Some bowel issues and health made it imperative for me to begin to lose weight and transform things. I did it on my own through a Paleo lean and green type of diet and adding workouts and smoothies. While I cannot speak to "pain relief" and this product ... I know that with my weight loss, I am not feeling the pain in my back and hips that 54 extra lbs can cause. This was a great addition for me and I know that given weight loss, cutting sugars (refined and added) and grains, wheat, heavy carbs out of my diet has made for a happier and more comfortable set of bones when I lay down on that pillow at night. I can only control the things with MS that I can, lifestyle is one of them. The addition of this powder has been one of my positive changes over the last year and it has definitely helped my hair growth and I feel it also shields my digestive system against the acidity coming from my fruit smoothies - I had one the other night without this powder and it tore my stomach up! Wow... This stuff mixes great into anything. So far I have tried it in a smoothie, in hot cocoa and today I put it in my coffee. I cannot believe how well it mixes in liquid. And it gave my coffee this extra body and fullness to it. I like it so much that idk if I wanna drink coffee without it anymore. It's like the fullness of a Starbucks hot machiatto. I was so afraid that it would be thick and have a weird smell or flavor, but it is truly unflavored. I add almond vanilla creamer to my coffee and if you've tried it it's not as creamy as milk, so the powder gives it that creaminess. I just love it. So I get restless leg syndrome at night a lot while I'm laying on the couch unwinding And I was getting it last night so I decided to get up a walk around. Just so happens my husband asked me if I wanted some hot cocoa. I said sure and I mixed the powder into it trying to test ways to get it into my diet and to my amazement my restless leg pain went away. Coincidence? Idk but wow. I am definitely going to keep up with this product. I am going to do half in the day and half before bed for my leg pain. I hardly ever write reviews but, wow this product deserves my time. Also, I am taking this product to heal my gut. I have gluten allergies and an autoimmune issue along with fibromyalgia. In about a month I will revise my review to let you know if any of my symptoms have improved from using this product. OK so I am into my second bottle of this product and I have told you I was going to revisit my review to give an update on my progress. Well no more RLS but that's not all... So I had my rheumatologist appointment for my Lupus and my Ana levels dropped 2 points. They haven't moved in 5 years with anything I have tried. Also, the doctor told me my inflammation has gone down too. I use no immunosuppressive drugs so I know it is solely what I am putting in my body that is affecting my levels. I feel amazing. Honestly this has helped me in more ways than I thought. I noticed my inflammation in my thyroid has totally diminished. Every time I got contaminated by gluten my thyroid would swell up and cause me pain and the sensation that I was being choked. I haven't had my thyroid swell up since I've been taking this.
