Inadequate quality
Unfortunately broke within minutes of using the toy. Please can you advise on the returns or exchange policy? Thank you

Poor quality
Like others we were disappointed that one of the characters ( grey & blue) snapped minutes after being taken out of the box for our son's birthday today. The pole running through the centre of the toy has split in half, whilst my child was simply trying to push the character back together! Really shocking for the price paid.
