Best product I have found for my bicep tendinitis. Works well and stays on for a long time.

I love that these are specifically shaped and sized for the shoulder. In the past I’ve had to use multiple strips to try and make the right shape for my shoulders, and this makes it so much easier and faster to apply. The adhesive on the back is super strong, which is positive and negative. The positive, it stays put for multiple days and the edges don’t lift or roll at all for the first couple days. The negative, if it’s not applied right where you want it or if any part gets wrinkled or touches another part of the tape it really doesn’t work well if you try to fix it. It’s a two person job to put these on right, especially the first few times. The material of the strips is top notch. It’s super stretchy and hasn’t caused me any irritation on my skin even after being on for multiple days. If you are in need of shoulder support I highly recommend these pre-cut strips.

I use tape a lot and very familiar with how too tape. This tape would not stick to my skin . Not worth the price

Just stopped worked great and relieve some pain in my shoulders so I could bowl better

By far the worst tape I’ve ever used the wrapper rips and tears when trying to take it off, and the tape itself does not stick to skin I wish I could get a refund for how awful this product was.

This tape is really stiff. Adhesion is not the best. It made it through games but didn’t last past that. Surprisingly, did not have any issues with the adhesive with my sensitive skin as is usually a problem . Would not repurchase.

SO the one thing that bothers me, is you HAVE to have someone help you put it on you. Its really hard to put it on. That's why i doc it one star. Make sure you clean your skin really well with alcohol before putting it on so it sticks on you better. Honestly its not a bad price for it either, the fact that its already "cut" to size. It hasn't bothered my skin at all, so it seems like its good with sensitive skin. Its exactly what I need for my shoulder.I got in a car accident in Oct. 2024 and it caused my ac shoulder joint to separate, a grade 1, almost a 2. I've been going to the chiropractor to get it adjusted and put tape on it. Tape has been helping me really well with pain, so i figured I'd get these to help instead of constantly going to the chiropractor. So far, its doing a great job.
