The real deal. Warm, authentic, makes great curry, rub or marinade
You'll recognise this flavour straight away. Not overly hot, but a punchy strong flavour and warmth.Make a paste with warm oil. Add to fried onions, tomatoes and tomato puree with some cream/yogurt and sugar, chicken stock, season for a fab curry.Add yogurt to a paste of it for a marinade, season the meat and cook through for delicious chicken tikka.

surprised that not one tiny mention of how to use the mixes going to be a bit of a gamble as got 9 different one to use - just a clue might of been good like a teaspoon or tablespoon etc

Salt Overdose
Whilst I like the flavour, the levels of salt in this mix are high, its unclear on the ingredients the salt level/ratio but be warned its higher than other mixes I've tried.
