I’ve only been taking these for a month now for my PCOS symptoms and I’ve already noticed an improvement in mood, energy, hair growth, appetite etc. it has no odor and they are average size and easy to swallow. You do have to take 4 each day but I take 2 twice a day so it’s not overwhelming.

Okay, this worked for me when nothing else would. I've been struggling for 5 years to figure out what was going on and how I could help myself feel better and this is what worked for me. -I was so tired all I could do was work and sleep, no energy for anything else. I could sleep for 18 hours, go to the store and be so tired I would come home and sleep for another 18. -I was beginning to grow chin hairs so dark and thick I had to pluck every day. -My voice was getting more and more raspy and deep. It sounded like I'd smoked for 30 years and I've never smoked a day in my life -I had uncontrollable weight gain, almost 100 pounds in 5 years. And I dieted, exercised, and cut my portions to where it was almost unhealthy. -Such bad brain fog I couldn't remember anything, I was struggling to finish a thought, and my kids would have to tell everyone but me what plans were for school or I'd never remember and it wouldn't get done. I spent a long time thinking it had to be my thyroid but every test came back fine. IUD, iron, and every other thing they could think of didn't work. My OBGYN friend recommended I try these just because "it won't hurt" and it ended up being the thing that helped. I've been taking them for a month now and all of my symptoms have gotten better. Specifically energy and bloating/weight. I have energy to do things and feel like a human being again. All of my bloating is gone and I've lost about 10 pounds. Not much but better than the steady increase in pounds I've seen over the last 5 years. I paid my real money for this stuff and I'll keep doing it as long as I am alive because of how much difference I see in just a month. My doctor verified it was safe for me so make sure you do that but my goodness it's worth the try if you sound anything like me.

Initial review: I’ve been taking this product for 4 days so far, and I’m already noticing positive results. I haven’t been officially diagnosed with PCOS, but I do experience some symptoms like irregular periods, a rounder “moon” face, and hormonal acne along my jawline. I started taking it twice a day as soon as I received it. By day two, I noticed I felt significantly less bloated than usual. By day three, the acne along my jawline had started to calm down and clear up, and my face looked less puffy and more defined. So far, I’m really happy with the results, I don’t have much digestive issues taking this supplement and there is no bad taste! I plan to continue using it and will come back with an updated review after a month of consistent use and possibly adjusting my dosage.

Love this so far! I have pcos and missed my period for 2 months. Within taking this supplement for a few weeks, I got my period! I’m so relieved, I will be continuing to take this supplement 🙏 Everyone is different, it may have helped me but always make sure with your doctor if this is what your body needs. I will start by saying that I was diagnosed with PCOS in my early teens like a lot of other women and their first reaction was to put me on birth control. I never had the hair growth or struggle with weight like others did, but now that I am almost 30, I am noticing it's harder to lose the weight. I got this to see if I could take more steps to improving my own health along with diet and exercise. I am one of the people who did have the stomach issue side effect. It was slightly nausea, but also just some bloating feeling without actually being bloated, has and discomfort. I was taking all four pills in the morning on just a light breakfast, so I'm going to adjust that to see if it improves. I do really enjoy being on this supplement otherwise. I feel like it has regulated me a lot better, I have had less headaches, I feel more whole and my energy feels like it's more maintained throughout the day versus having such lows and highs.

I’m usually not someone who leaves reviews, but this truly deserves one, especially to help other sisters struggling with insulin resistance and PCOS symptoms. I’m currently on my third bottle. I had insulin resistance and very irregular periods sometimes with gaps of up to three months suggesting pcos..I’m 27 years old and I started researching and came across this product. I even discussed it with my gynecologist, and she said it was fine to use as long as I felt comfortable. So i purchased first bottle on september 2025 and started taking regularly 2 capsules in mrng and 2 in evening and in November i rechecked my total insulin which came down from 53.6 significantly high to 5.3 within normal range.. FYI: I also modified my diet so the combination probably helped better and till now i was still having irregular period but i keep taking it except i decreased the quantity from 4 capsules to 2 capsules ..From january i started getting regular periods right on time, not even a day early or late, which had never happened before. I’m honestly so happy with the results. The only reason i’m leaving a review is because if you’re dealing with a similar situation, I would definitely recommend giving it a try. Now my insulin is normal and i’m getting my period right on time … Now ..i’m continuing 2 capsules everyday and if my periods continue to get regular am hoping to stop it completely:)

It has really improved my moods and helped me get my period back (spotting). Not really a fan of the pricing but it does work. It also helped with my cravings but it took about a month of taking the pills for me to feel any difference.

I was skeptical at the beginning but all Im saying is that I have a 1y old with me now 😅 It did help with the symptoms and helped with the cravings and insulin resistance

Amazing product! I highly recommend this product whoever trying to pregnant! Last 10yrs I’m trying to pregnant no results! But before finishing this one bottle I got pregnant but sadly I lost the pregnancy due to no heartbeat earlier. Even though I lost my baby, in my 40+ my body responds because of this product. I have PCOS. My cycles have always been extremely irregular since my period first came at the onset of puberty. I have never had regular cycles. I was diagnosed with pcos before I had my first child, and it was a miracle that I got pregnant (I ovulated on day 92 of the cycle in which I fell pregnant, no one can figure out why I got pregnant). We had been trying for a year and a half. After my first child, it took a long time for my period to return. We started trying as soon as I got my period again. After trying for 9 months (and only having about 3 irregular periods) I decided to give these a go. The month I started taking them, I had a period at 35 days (which is the shortest cycle length I'd ever had. I thought it was a fluke). Then the month after that, I had my period at 35 days again! I could not believe it. I'd never had anything like that in my life. The third month on them, I got pregnant with my daughter. Once I had her, as soon as my period came back I stared taking them again. This time I just took them for the reasons that I was curious to see if it would just help my PCOS symptoms in general. Yet again, as soon as I went on them, 35 days, bang on, pretty much every month. It is the strangest thing for me to have regular periods. For the first time in my life, I actually know what my body is doing, and it's actually predictable. If you have PCOS, it's definitely worth a try. I certainly still have a bit of testosterone imbalance, so it's not a magic cure. But it's helped in ways I never thought it would. It's not a gimmick. That's all I can say. Not if you have PCOS.
