A lifesaver for tough outdoor challenges
I used this tape before doing the Surrey Three Peaks, and it was an absolute lifesaver. It provided strong, reliable support for my ankles and prevented irritation during long hours of walking and climbing. The adhesion stayed put the whole time, and I felt much more confident on uneven terrain. Pros: Strong, reliable support Stayed in place during long, strenuous activity Ideal for hikes, sports, and outdoor challenges Cons: Can leave residue if left on too long May feel stiff if you’re not used to rigid tape If you’re tackling long hikes, runs, or any activity where joint support matters, this tape is brilliant.

Did the job
Used these to support my ankle/foot after an injury. These are strong and sticky well, although do peel off once wet (in the shower) I found these comfortable to wear and didn't irritate the skin but was painful to pull off so I would always recommend soaking off in the bath or shower. Ease of use will depend where you need it and how good you are at applying it. Sometimes I got it perfect straight away other times it took a number of attempts to get the placement right meaning lots of wasted tape. After sometime I felt the tape was making my injury worse and stopped using (please note I never sort medical advice so the use of the tape and it's appropriateness was on me). Good quality, thick and durable tape but can work out very expensive if using long term. I would seek medical advice before spending the amount I did on the stuff.

Sticks well and stays put
This tape is a little thinner than I expected but seems to work as expected. It sticks well to skin and I am allergic to some adhesives but have had no reaction to this. It feel it’s a good quality there. It stays put even with a bit of sweat present. It doesn’t tear easily but can be cut. It is priced reasonably and would buy it again.

Got me round 105 miles of the Tour du Monf Blanc
I have changed my review. When I first used this tape I walked in Wales, my feetgot soaked and the tape came off. However I have just done the Tour du Mont Blanc (105 miles) and this time I pressed the tape on firmly. I have terrible feet and this tape has got me round with no blisters so I have to give it 5*. I maynot have pressed it on enough in Wales I will have to try it again in wet weather.

Not suitable for taping for plantar fasciitis
This tape was okay going on but it wasn’t sticky enough to stay on for a couple of days (taping feet for plantar fasciitis). Especially when showering it just came off and then wouldn’t stick back down. I think it’d be fine for very short term use but over a couple of days it just didn’t hold up for purpose. I found tearing it was fine, had to find the right ridge to tear it on but I didn’t need scissors.

Great for breaking in heavy leather boots such as Doc Martens! A GODSEND!
First bought a roll of this stuff back in August after purchasing a pair of knock off "Doc Marten"-style boots on ASOS. Found said boots to be deeply uncomfortable and chaffing around the heel/instep area. I'd tried everything to try and break them in, from hundreads of plasters and awkward experiences layering up on socks. Nothing worked... until I took a chance on this product following a recommendation by a runner friend. This stuff is genius in its' simplicity. Just rip off a good sized strip and place wherever you feel the leather rubbing. In my case, I placed strips of tape along my heels and around my ankles, initially layering the tape threefold until I felt comfortable. The tape is lightweight with strong adhesive but it comes away relatively painlessly after a long day of stomping around town in my boots. As a result, my previously unwearable ASOS boots are now fully broken in and comfy as hell. This tape will last you the bones of a year if used sparingly- I bought my first roll back in early August and now, as Xmas approaches, I still have a 3rd of a roll left and have eagerly bought the 3 pack in anticipation of a heavy winter. I absolutely love this product and recommend it to anyone who has ever had trouble breaking in combat boots/ Doc Marten-style boots. Obviously, if you are in anyway sensitive to zinc oxide maybe consult a doctor before using but so far, I've had absolutely no adverse skin reactions and nothing but good things to say about this product. If, like myself, you have a pair of stylish but uncomfortable shoes/boots taking up room under your bed, do yourself a favor and buy a roll. It works out MUCH cheaper than going nuts on Compeed blister packets and a single roll will last the bones of a year. I full endorse this product and cannot recommend it highly enough. Would gladly give 10 stars if possible! :D
