I was on the fence about switching from a fuzzy bath mat to a stone one but I'm glad I picked this up.It's not cool to the touch as I'd expect it to be and drives very very fast. In fact, I washed this off to take a picture of it and it was dry in about 40 seconds. This is impressive considering it was completely drenched in water versus the normal dribble of water that would come off your feet out of a shower.As pictured it will end up in a half- dried state in seconds and will completely dry in about 2 or so minutes.It comes with a slip mat that keeps the stone in place and it had zero issues with it. For those that might be concerned I own two cats and neither of them bother with it other than occasionally sitting on top of it.Part of the reason I switched was because we had to avoid keeping our fuzzy bath mat on the floor because one of our cats would mark it.It's pretty thin but it's very sturdy. Walking on it feels comfortable on the feet. On that note I'm 6 ft 7 and have pretty large feet, so it's a really nice size for me. It gets the big guy seal of approval.

I was actually quite skeptical about this product. I'm pretty picky when I get out of the shower before I go on my tile I want my feet dry and I didn't think this would be able to do it. My husband is the one that had the idea to get it. So I got it and when it came I was surprised at how nice it looked and as you see from the picture it almost looks like a rug. I was also afraid that it would be super cold and stepping out of the shower would be hard on a cold surface but it actually isn't cold.The first time I actually tried it I stepped out took a few baby steps and it literally soaked the water off my feet! I bent my toes over got it off the top of my toes and tippy-toed around and my feet were dry when I stepped onto my tile. And it dries almost immediately so it doesn't even look wet I feel like it's a very clean alternative to having a bath mat. I highly recommend trying it if you are a germaphobe like me!

I mostly like the stone mat. It has a low profile giving it a slim look. It dries quickly and absorbs water well. I like the color as well. It works well. The only think I don't like about it is that unfortunately the corner broke within 2-3 days of using it, even though it was properly sitting on the ground.

I’m so use to my fuzzy bath mats but I know how you know that there will be no mold! I love the drying part also! It is stone so it’s hard and cold remember that! We have it in front of our cold plunge bath and it works great!
