This is a great sauna. The unit was delivered in 3 boxes to my front door. All boxes were in good shape and not damaged. The shipping company was great to work with, providing text updates and delivery was earlier than expected. I removed each piece of the sauna from each box and moved them individually to our home gym for assembly. This made it easy to carry each piece and also gave me room to work on assembly. The packing material takes up a great deal of space so I recommend unpacking, then assembly. All pieces were in perfect shape and nothing was missing. Once in the gym, assembly was easy and only took me 30 minutes to complete alone. The back and side walls insert into a base unit then interconnect with hidden hardware. This is a great feature and makes for a seamless exterior design. After the walls and base were interconnected the wiring is easily pulled to the top cover and interconnected via 4 access panels. (Two person assembly is recommended and would be even easier.) I installed this unit in a closet by removing the closet slider doors. The unit fits in the 48" opening with about 1/2" of room on each side . This unit is deeper than most others I looked at this price point. My closet is roughly 46" deep so the sauna fits with extra space behind it. It almost looks built in. (See Pictures) I also installed a dedicated 20 Amp electric receptacle for plugging the sauna in. The sauna will work on a standard 15 Amp plug, but I wanted a dedicated service to limit power drops on the remaining receptacles or lights in the gym. The unit is a perfect fit for a single user, although two people can fit snugly. The redundant controls (outside and inside) are easy to use. The controls are only in Celsius. The unit can be set up to 65 C (150 F). There is a timer setting as well. LED colored lights provide many color options. The sauna also has LED white lights for reading. The Bluetooth unit is easy to sync and the sound is good quality. I recommend turning the unit on for 20 minutes before use to reach your desired temperature. The seat is sturdy and deep which provides comfort and a non confining experience. The heaters do get hot, so take caution when leaning back against the wood slats not to touch the heaters. The door heater is a great addition in comparison to other units I looked at, providing heat from 360 degrees. I installed a small essential oil diffuser (Purchased through Amazon : ARDILA VEELA Sauna Cup Holder) that is a great accessory as it releases scents when the oils get warm. We have used the sauna probably an average of 4 days a week and have had great experience with it since February 2023. We noticed that the first few times we used it, our bodies did not release much perspiration. As we use it more, we are experiencing more rapid perspiration. We feel energized after each use. I highly recommend this sauna.

Very impressed with this sauna. First, it was delivered early and the boxes were very well packed, so no broken or damaged parts. Assembly was straight forward and took about 45 min (including the unboxing time...again, it was well packed so plan on lots to recycle). Have used it several times and it heats quickly and the speakers are good quality. Although it is small, it has 8 (!) separate heating areas (including one in the floor and one on the glass door) so great 360 deg heat coverage.

This is a well-made sauna that is easy to assemble. It is essentially a one-person installation except that two are needed for the front panel (heavy) and maybe the top panel. It was less than 3 hours to unpack, carry to basement and fully assemble. We previously had a 2-person sauna that we sold with our prior home - it was a buckle-assembly model. This sauna is superior to the larger sauna and this one is more airtight. It heats to 140 in less than 20 minutes is is very efficient. The Bluetooth speakers (they are stereo) they work well. There is nothing negative about this sauna and we highly recommend it!!! The sauna arrived earlier than the projected delivery date and we've only used it for three days since then. We will update this review if any issues develop.

I don’t normally write reviews but I have to say how much I love this Sauna already. The hardest part about the set up was getting it unboxed but that’s just because they use a lot of protection. Once I got it all unboxed I was able to set it up completely by myself without any help or issues. It was super easy. I was nervous about the temperature but mine got to 151 degrees after about 45 minutes of heating. Everything works perfectly. No tools needed either. Great design.

I don't usually leave reviews but this was good. These guys are one of the only ones that has figured out American standard outlet is 1750 watts max. Some how still packed a lot into it. Was expecting so so. But what we have is a lot more then I expected. Led strips blow out so they use bulbs for easy replacement. Now shipping is and I think handled properly. They will not deliver untill you call. I seen few people complain... I'm sure you would want to check with them on where you want a truck to enter and have a giant pallet dropped off. The assembly is very easy for anyone that has experience with ikea. Very minimal tools mostly leggo blocks type. And the speakers are very good considering it's a sauna

So far so good. We've used it 3 times now since we got it last week. It arrived earlier than expected. So easy to put together. Sturdy, heats very well, music works great, the windows provide a great view plus help if you hate small spaces. Perfect for two people but no more. Feels solid not cheap feeling. We are excited and happy with it overall. Price is fair for what we got.
