For a budget phone the quality is brilliant it's so easy to use and transfer everything from my old phone straight on quickly. Love the fact you can change themes also I've tried a few. The battery life is good also the pictures come out lovely and clear. I like the fact it's got fingerprint reader. I saw some reviews saying it lags but I've found it fine. Great that it's got plenty of space as well. The feel is comfy to hold and the speed changing through things is fine. Lovely phone my old Nokia was 3yrs old so this a nice upgrade

The worse phone I've ever had the displeasure of owning, do not buy this phone at all costs, its absolutely useless . The camera is ridiculous! It can take anywhere from 30 to 60 seconds to take a photo! I've emailed honor customer service twice and they'd ignored it! It freezes constantly, answering a call is touch and go! Opening apps.. It might depending on how it's feeling. If you make a payment on line and have to verify with your bank app it will close the page your buying from and that's that, no purchase! I've had to dig out my old phone to do this! I should of known it was rubbish because of the price. I can't think of anything it's good for?? I suppose a door wedge or something on those lines. Don't believe! Then buy one! In fact buy mine!

Great budget phone

A bit slow sometimes but that just might be my network.

I was very pleased with my purchase until the resent up grade.If your got 5 minutes to wait it my unlock itself,Now if your lucky the camera may open after a few minutes or so, if your even luckier if it takes a picture but not when you want it too..... It won't save it though...I was a huge fan of Honor having had 2 Honor 9's for 5 years, I had this one for 2 months !Good job it wasn't expensive. I am looking at other makes now.....

For a so-called budget phone, I'm very impressed with it. Has all the features of a much more expensive product and more. Great camera, much better battery life than my previous- very expensive- smartphone. As I work on building sites, very often I drop and damage my new phones, crack the screens etc not long after having bought them and what I particularly like about this phone is it's toughness rating, without it being big and bulky like lots of the 'rugged' phones on the market. Very pleased with my purchase so far

Although this phone is well built and feels a quality item it can be slow and often needs switching on and off to get it working again, it also has glitches where the phone seems to have a mind of its own. Battery life is okay, decent screen size, comfortable to hold and not too heavy. The screen quality is good but the biggest downfall of this phone is the camera, its absolutely terrible and slow.I won't have this phone for very long, it is a cheap phone I suppose
