I always get supplements for my partner to try out! some he likes some he dose not.. but these he really did like! they have all the essential Vitamins needed B6, Zinc, and Selenium which does support energy and stamina, there is no after taste in fact he says they taste pretty good..overall a great product at a good price.

We've both been taking Maca supplements for a while, and have found them to be a good benefit to our overall health and wellbeing (in conjunction with other supplements).This bottle is more expensive than other products we have tried - and less in the bottle - however the benefit of these is that they are in a fruity gummy, which makes them a little more 'exciting' than the usual 'swallow and forget' capsules that we have been taking.The fact that they are vegan too, is a huge bonus - no gelatin. The taste is great and is a nice alternative, as aforementioned. The dosage is also quite generous, which is reflected in the price.Overall, a little more expensive than the usual tablets, but tastiness and novelty is the trade off. There are more cost effective products out there, however the dosage is good, as is the taste.

‘Tutti frutti’ is a reasonable description of the flavour that first hits your tongue when you have one of these gummies, but it’s followed up a few seconds later by the real lasting flavour, which is… radish and black pepper. I kid you not. It’s like eating one of those joke sweets which looks and initially tastes fine, but then your mouth suddenly feels like it’s on fire and you realise you’ve been tricked. It’s a really sharp aftertaste that tingles my tongue, and not in a good way either. Maca root naturally tastes a bit like radish, and if you like black pepper and spiciness then you might really enjoy these, but if you’re used to gummies that taste like sweets, you may be in for a very unpleasant surprise.Each dose of two gummies includes 100mg of black maca extract, which is theoretically equivalent to about 2000mg- or, in layman’s terms, 2 grams- of maca root. It’s not a lot, even compared to other capsules that promise “5000mg” as though it’s impressive. It is arguably more palatable than other capsules, but only if you can cope with the peppery flavour.There’s a big chunk of vitamin B6 in these, and a little zinc and selenium in here as well- about 50% of the recommended daily intake of each- which is no bad thing, and a bit of a bonus, but certainly not a comprehensive set of vitamins overall.I’ve been very happy with other Nutrigums flavours in the past, for flavour, for content and for value. But on all three counts, this tub of Maca Root gummies falls down. The content disappoints just a little, the value disappoints a fair bit considering the thirteen quid price tag and the tiny quantities of the main advertised active ingredient, but mostly the problem is the flavour, which for me is real “wash it away with a glass of milk after” stuff.

Using and experienced other testosterone but this is not what is needed for men enhancing or stamina, and low energy.

These gummies taste really nice and work great and good quality packaging too.
