I am not professional and ordered it for me and my child to spend some time in activities instead of watching screen.Seems really water based as it washes right off .Some of them are not very concentrated, so u have to apply repeatedly. The small tattoo stickers works the best in this kit.ConsNo instructions. You are on your own . It would be great to add a step by step how to and label the type of colors as some are water color and some are creamy . You can't make the designs from the few pictures they send . Also the stencils don't work since they won't stay or fit anywhere.

I love that this kit is water based. The colors work well. My 6 year old daughter plays with these for face painting with friends. I would buy this palate again. I think the colors are good enough to use for a small party.
