My experience on all shirts I've tried them on has been that they leave a sticky residue that hasn't come off after 3 washes with several different stain removers. My guess is that they'll damage your blouse like they did several of my shirts. **Q: It are reusable?** A: Thank you for your question and interest in the Fashion Anchor. To remove the Fashion Anchor, it simply is slowly pulled off with no build-up or residue. You can also leave it on if you aren't going to laundry (reusable). I do not longer use this product.
