Energy boost in just a few days!
I started using this shilajit a few days ago and already noticed a boost in my energy. I’ve been feeling more energized, especially in the mornings. The taste is strong, but nothing overwhelming — I can easily take it with warm water or tea. The packaging arrived sealed and well protected. Don’t waste your money
No effect whatsoever. Been using it for months without noticing any difference. Only reason for the two stars would be for the quality of product and the added taste to my hot tea/water. Sleeping the same and have the same energy levels. No to little help with that. Update: even though this product was t for me, their customer service is fantastic!

I have been using this product Shilajit Resin for three weeks now, but I can already feel the results, which I am pleasantly surprised by.
