Using this tripod for my Seestar S50. It has been very sturdy and is made well to be able to support the weight of the Seestar. It is easily adjustable.

I use it as a spotting scope tripod it works very well for what I do. It’s very stable.

The sturdiness and the height of the tripod anniversatility of all the components that supports all of my needs. I am 6ft 5" tall and this tripodWorks well with my height. Thinking about ordering a second for my other camera.

I needed a tripod that would hold weight of my painting box which this tripod touted as 35#. My box weighs about 10 filled with paint. I got my tripod, but it doesn't have the ball head or the quick release plate that is pictured. Of course I must have misunderstood and need those items as well that cost as much or more than the tripod. It would have helped if the description included the numbers or descriptions of the required items the purchase along with the tripod. It seems to be that the ball head would reduce the weight capacity to half or more which is a bummer. Plus it's an aggravation to expect a tripod complete and get half what you're expecting--the picture is really misleading!!!!

This is a well made tripod. It can be set up and adjusted any way you need. I wish it had came with its own ball head, or any tilt mechanism. Other than that, it can do pretty much anything you need right out of the box.

This is definitely one of those tripods that you might get as a backup, or maybe leave in the trunk of your car to have with you for when you need a leg up to stabilizing your camera. One of its legs can also be removed to act as a standalone monopod (no pun intended). Now this is simply speaking from a DSLR user's perspective. This a perfectly acceptable tripod for a phone if that's what you're going for. I feel that the mid-sections are a bit wobbly, even when fully tightened. I had this as a secondary to support a motorized slider and was a bit disappointed. But for general use, it's lightweight and easy to set up.
