Love this! Easy to install, just follow the directions. Be sure to prime each container with water before filling. I use Chi shampoo and conditioner so they are thick and it works great! I slide the whole off the wall to refill it

Faulty pump and extremely difficult to refill. I wish I can give this zero in rating. I started having issues within a few months of purchase.

Ordered this Oct 2024. Has worked great until one pump got stuck and wouldn't work correctly to get out the product. I reached out to this company Sept 2025 and they were gracious to send me a new dispenser bottle at no cost! Wonderful customer service! My original reason to purchase was for my kids. This way I could save on the amount of product being used, because yeah they use WAY too much. Anyways, its been very useful in our household. Choose this one, it's good!

One of them are leaky came into shop and noticed shampoo all inside the shampoo bowl and it keep on leaking no matter how much I clean it.

Looks good, easy to install, works perfectly, personally I like to use a few pumps though as it only dispenses a small amount of each liquid. The refilling is a little fiddly but still worth it for the flawless look in my shower with no need for shelves or bottles everywhere now.

I bought this item as our bathroom was having a complete refurbishment this year and this dispenser fitted the bill in keeping bottles out the shower area. Firstly, it looked great and each reservoir has a great capacity. The dispensing mechanisms for shower gel etc was easy to operate and not stiff or requiring effort, so I was surprised when the shampoo dispenser failed after 2 weeks, it was floppy and wouldn't dispense anything at all. My husband who is very handy looked and said the mechanism has just broken and irreparable. Disappointed, but I still had two working chambers so I bought a pump action bottle and placed it on top of the faulty one. Two months on the conditioner dispenser has also failed in the same way. I see other reviews mention the same problem, so clearly a design fault or crappy components and at £36.99 it's not one of the cheaper options on Amazon. So now it's off the wall and I'm back to using individual bottles until I find a longer lasting equivalent. On the plus side the adhesive pad holding this dispenser to the wall is brilliant even though it was right next to the shower, it was actually difficult removing it from the wall and if the mechanism issue was sorted it would be a fantastic product.
