This is particularly frustrating as I purchased this charger specifically to charge my iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch simultaneously. The USB-C3 port was dedicated to my watch and is now entirely useless. To make matters worse, the charger runs noticeably warm after barely an hour of use, which is concerning for a device left plugged in overnight. I ruled out cable issues by testing multiple options including UGREEN’s own 60W cables and three other brands, none of which made any difference. After reading through other reviews, this appears to be a recurring issue and not an isolated fault. It is disappointing to experience this from a brand that markets itself as a premium option. The price premium over competitors is simply not justified by the reliability.
