Very cheap and inappropriate screws

Used to hold open on overhead kitchen top box. Zero instructions provided! Used internet diagram to try and work out how to fit. After several trials and errors managed to work it out. However nearly sent item back as it would not stay open. In the end we turned it upside down and it worked. There was no way whatsoever to know which way was up and which was down as bracket looked identical both ways. Used only one bracket as we used the other to try and demystify the mechanism. We loosened the second bracket too much while trying and it fell apart into countless small parts - impossible to put back together. Once fitted, the bracket works well, however would never buy again and do not recommend the product.

I made a toybox for a little boy so was keen to get something that would stop the lid dropping too quickly.These were ideal. The key helps you alter the resistance so you can tighten or loosen the hinge. They are sturdy and just the job.

Please do not use thisUseless item..waste waste waste of money time and use

These were for support for a large floating TV cupboard I made. Also acts as stop so the flaps connected to does not over extend. Recommended.
