Very good value for a raw fermented probiotic food in big jar. Tastes lovely and texture is just right. One star off because i would prefer it to be fully covered in brine to better preserve it- I once accidentally forgot to put it back in fridge and by next morning it had spoiled (unpleasant smell) and had to be binned

Mild fresh flavour. Lovely and crunchy - not at all soggy. I would eat loads more if it was a bit cheaper.

I know this to be a good brand as I usually buy it from health stores, however buying from AMzon groceries it arrived and when opened it had gone off, pretty annoyed as its expensive

This is not at all strong tasting, which can either be a disappointment or a blessing. I expected a stronger more enjoyable flavour, but the mildness has enabled me to mix this in with salads without it being overpowering and enabling me to to serve this to one of my son's who would otherwise have not eaten any. I try to include fermented foods, like sauerkraut, into the family diet, because of its beneficial properties relating to good gut health, which in turn, relates to general overall health. The jar lid is not a typical design and I found it to be quite awkward. Once eventually opened, I haven't been able to seal it again and so my unsuspecting family would move it whilst searching in the fridge and spill some of the vinegar making a mess in the fridge. I found that I needed to transfer it into another jar that would seal correctly.

Eat this with every meal and sometimes as a snack. Support your gut biome. If you add sweet chilli sauce it tastes like kimchi!
