This machine is a true work out. All the parts were there and it was an easy set up. The appearance is pretty. I bought the sea foam green and it is pretty! It keeps up with how many reps you did. It’s super sturdy. It’s a smooth operation and really hits the abs. It size is great even for small homes. I was high impressed. Easy set up, easy storage, over all very nice

Kills my ab area, in the best way. When I am not as motivated, it also helps hold clothing that I need to lay to dry, or hang a bra off the side. Let's be real, we aren't always motivated. But the machine was easy to put together, and I enjoy using it for both my ab workout, and to hold my laundry!!

I enjoy purchasing exercise equipment, so when I noticed this on Amazon, I had to try it. Very easy to assemble. Took maybe 10 minutes. It folds so you can store it easily. Easy to use. After a few reps, you can feel the stomach muscles. It has adjustable hinges that change the angle and difficulty. Built solid and sturdy. I think there would be a variety of ways to use this. Mine has elastic ropes too. So the versatility is numerous. Personally, I like the appearance too. The kneepad foam is of solid quality. Good buy for anyone!

Package was delivered fast. Everything was inside the pack(except for the four screws, which came in screwed and we kept looking for it everywhere, lol) Takes 30mins or so to assemble. This is not gym quality equipment. But it does work. Was stable when I used it few times today & definitely I can feel my abs get engaged. Recommended workout station for your home gym.

It’s too soon to tell if it won’t mess up since I just got it today. Super easy to assemble. This was my first handy Mandy work and I did a pretty good job on my own. (I hope). The thing where you rest your knees does wobble a little too much but I’m hoping it’s not because I assembled it wrong. I will be double checking that out soon. I did 8 counts and felt like my bladder was going to burst inside lol. Super out of shape but you can tell this workout machine is gonna really do its job. If you have lower back problems as I do BEWARE that it will target that spot even on the lowest level. (I couldn’t do the highest level if my life depended on it) 😂 ..Overall everything was inside the box thank goodness cause I would’ve had to return it :( it came a bit messy inside but nothing was missing. It also came with instructions but I guided myself with the video that’s on display when you swipe thru the pics on Amazon. Would I recommend? HELL YESS. It will definitely target the belly area. You will feel the burn on your arms and your knees unfortunately. I’ll be wearing knee pads and a waist trainer to protect my lower back. Up to you what you wear. Just be careful if you’re a beginner like me. This will definitely not be easy to use at first but I’m sure we can get use to it with time. (: Also the foam pads are very good quality. They won’t tear off easily so I’m sure they’ll be durable. I love blue so the color is very beautiful. Oh just FYI if you’re a tall person this might be a little small for you. I’m between 5’6/5’7 and the machine is about right in length. However I feel if you’re taller it might be a little difficult for you to use. Good thing is this product qualifies for returns! Another reason why I bought this besides the very affordable price.

It took me a week to set up. But I'm slow. It does what its supposed to do. It works out the core and works out the upper arms

This was a great find! Super easy to assemble; lightweight and portable. It comes in multiple colors. I ordered the black and red to match my Peloton. I did not expect this to be as effective as it is, but wow, after just a few reps you feel the burn. There are multiple exercises you can use this machine for and the resistance band are nice for lateral raises or tricep kick backs. I would definitely recommend for your home gym. It could be easily stored in a closet and pulled out when you want to use it.

Works well but digital box doesn't work at all. However. The machine works great
