Does not work well on short waisted female body. Can't get a fit at top and pushes uncomfortably up under breasts.

It's kind of a strange heat belt, but it does put out heat. I don't know why they waste the battery on LEDs, but it also lights up. Tested it a few times so I don't know how long the battery is, but it's nice that you are not tied to a plug.

Didn't fit well so I had to returnAlso I couldn't feel any compression

This is the third one I have had to buy in 12 months.. They don't last long mainly because of the cheap proprietary charging port and cable keeps breaking... and none of the cables seem to be interchangeable on any of the other belts. Kind of a one trick pony. But the vibration and heat are awesome, and the decompression of the spine really helps tremendously, This one's vibration seems very light compared to the others I've bought. Not sure yet if I'll keep this one or try again.
