I have ordered these three times now so that alone says a lot. When I take them consistently I notice a real difference in my sugar cravings. These Probiotics are good, they do work with my digestive system very well and help in my gut health. I have not had any weight loss using this product but, I also have not gained any weight. The taste is good and a good value for the money.

These are great for helping with weight management. Ive been using them for several months an I've lost 10 lbs. I do also take Bioma probiotics as well.
