False advertisement of product with no labels & missing extension.
You guys advertised a detailed manual that came with all parts (for easy installation), but I was missing one pole extension. Also. The manual may have been detailed. However, the parts were not labeled at all, so how could they have been labeled correctly for easy assembly which is what you were advertising? False advertising. Useless. So what’s the point of having a manual when you didn’t label the actual product for assembly with stickers or something? This was just cheap effort & cheap packaging too for something that cost over two digit number value range. This was crazy. I feel like I got robbed. Not worth it. Don’t buy it.

My Favorite Pole, never buy X-pole.
Instagram: pixie_dust202021Using my BFs account, but I am a female dancer. (Story below) Item is 110% what you pay for. There is no reason to pay $200 like OTHER sellers do. All parts are brand new with original film cover. I highly recommend this pole. Pole arrived early and box was in awesome condition. Still and/or spinning pole type. A little about me, Instagram: pixie_dust202021. (For more tips and questions) I bought my first pole when I was 15 years old (24 now), it is the same pole but different seller. For years I had issues grabbing the pole and holding on but A LOT of it is failing and body conditioning and being okay with failing (. Don't rush the process, trust the process), IT IS A WORKOUT. Even after being able to climb to the ceiling at the club I still couldn't grab the pole the same way at home even with high end pole grip. So I took 40 grit sand paper to it, Long twisted strokes (not too much though you still want to see your reflection, to much will make it impossible to grip). Now I have no issue with this pole. I would never buy a different pole. Why pay $200-$800 (x-pole) when I can get the EXACT same thing for less then $100.Instagram: pixie_dust202021I will put update photos of me on it at some point.
