The band isn't too thick and easy to wrap around your head so that you get good coverage. I do wish there was a way to get it tighter around the head to really get it to work. The Velcro does hold up quite well once you do get it wrapped around your head. For the quality, seems like pretty good value and getting a lot for your money. It has helped with some tension relief, though, not as much as I had hoped for. Guessing this is because I cannot get it tight enough to really work.
