Bottom light ring will NOT turn on, plugged into a wall outlet (using power brick from Android Nexus and Apple Iphone along with a usb slot build in on a power strip) However light RGB works fine plugged into my pc. **Q: Can this be connected directly to Xbox one?** A: Yes. I have mine plugged into my Xbox and it works fine. The lights will come on when the system is powered, and turn off when it is shut down. You won’t be able to choose the effect, but it will light up in multiple colors. It is a nice stand. **Q: Can you connect it to a ps4?** A: it will work if connect to any USB port. but you cant adjust unless you download the software synapse2. so if find that software in ps4 u can adjust it but I dont think there is one. but it the RGB will work normally . **Q: How do you detach the stand from the base? I don't have a headset and just want the base with the rgb effect.
