Great product. Works well, functional and decent customization. Would highly recommend! Used daily at my work.

The first one I received did not work out of the box. Amazon exchange was great and the next one was great. Like a more expensive deck but at half the price. The software is easy to understand and with all the integrated software packs it is easy to setup. I look forward to it growing with me. Buttons are a bit larger than the other brand but still feel quality. Fits just right on my desk. the information display is handy when in a game to track usages.

What can you say about a device that arrives DOA! I unpacked it, plugged it in using the included USB-C to USB-A cable provided. Since I had no idea what I was expecting to happen, I saw it was "starting up" in that bottom double-wide button. While that was happening I headed over the Ulanzi's site to download the desktop software. I installed the software, launched it, and that's when I noticed the software said "Disconnected". I still didn't think I was done, I figured there was a procedure to get this going. NOPE! NONE! This is obviously a flash or ROM issue, which speaks to Ulanzi's quality control. What I don't understand is that the packaging is very nice, the device looks to be very well built. It feels solid and I was impressed on first inspection. This is not some cheap plastic device. It's well made and sturdy. I don't understand how you can put the money into manufacturing, design, packaging, etc. and cheap out on QC! This would be a procedure to make sure these devices boot up before they land in people's homes! Because there is no SD Card, no reset button, no way at all to connect to the device except the USB port, this device is becomes a high-tech paper weight if it doesn't boot up. So I searched Ulanzi start up issues, and found that I'm not alone. Many report this issue on Redditt. Obviously QC is an issue for Ulanzi. If you decide to buy this product, you're playing Russian Roulette. Amazon is sending me another, but now I have to wait for something I needed last week.

Excatly what I wanted.

I would like to get a refund on this product. It worked for a few months, then suddenly stopped working. It now displays "Starting Up" on the big button. I tried reinstalling, rebooting, holding down the buttons for minutes...none of that worked. Looks like a deeper hardware issue that's common with this particular model.

I had a couple of issues navigating the site and had to add a translation extension to my browser. I strongly dislike that I cannot save the profiles to the device and I have to keep the software running at all times. Apart from that, I had a couple of issues, where when trying to set up macros the keys were stuck pressed, and I had to restart the device a few times. The plugins they offer on their site also break on occasion, but, for the most part, they function as they should. The entire setup apart from that is very painless, and I've been using it daily since I got it. It's been awesome to have my folders for school, emails, work, and just a bunch of shortcuts I use every single day. I'd highly recommend this as a less expensive alternative, especially so if you're good with computers and can make your own plugins and set everything up as you'd like it.

Hardward is great and workrs but software is unbearable. starts off in chinese and you can t understand anything, application always crashes, freezes and doesnt even work well with hardware. delt with it for a month then returned it

When I connect the device to the computer, a mandatory update starts, and once the update is complete, the device stops responding. I can’t use it no matter how long I wait. Unplugging and plugging it back in restarts the update, but the result is the same. There’s a solution online, but it requires opening the device with a screwdriver.
