Ordered twice. They came broken, twice.
Cups seemed heavyweight and nice, but never actually touched them, just looked into the boxes. Were packaged in 2 boxes and bubble wrap, but the interior box was too large, allowing the cups to shift a great deal. First order had broken handles on both cups, second order was only broken on the black cup. Gave up ordering more after the second delivery and went with something else.

Shipped VERY fast. Nice solid, heavy mugs. Shipped in a nice box that would have made a great gift box (but they weren't a gift, they were for us!)
