Does this product dry to walk on or stay sticky? Also can it be painted?

It dries and can be walked on, I do it and have had no problems. I suppose it could be painted over but it is essentially rubber and smooth so it may not hold paint like primer would.

Is it suitable for the side wall of my workshop (flakeboard)

I am not familiar with flake board Isoflex is for water proofing & repairing roofs did an excellent job on my roof no water leaks now

Does the surface need to be primed first

I did not prime as flat roof was intact. excellent product

What area will 2.1 ltr cover

Fairly large tin Quite thick however can brush on not sure of area however estimate 3 square meters If you do not reseal lid will go very solid quickly Excellent product
