Bad decision! Just days after the purchase return window closed, the wand just stopped conducting heat. It worked in the morning but later in the day it refused to heat at all. I tried various heat settings, and several outlets in multiple rooms, and the result was always "Cold to the Touch". I would not recommend this product to anyone, despite the handy features. It wasn't cheap, and it certainly was a waste of hard-earned cash!

Can't return this because it's past the window, I used this 1x and it was amazing! I have used it 3 more times and it does not get hot AT ALL, I have left it on for an hour at the highest temperature and it is still cold. So mad I can't return this now.

This iron is not cheap and I expect the darn thing to work! Apparently some are malfunctioning and it’s not operator error! Does everything EXCEPT GET HOT! It doesn’t even get warm. I too, tried every setting and every outlet in the house!

The barrel is long and this is great because i have a very long hair, so it works perfectly for me! My curls actually lasted a long time- I was so happy! Takes a relatively short time to warm up and it comes with heat resistant gloves and hair clips. Overall a great curler and i would definitely recommend it!
