Simple ball that works for pilates as you'd expect
Very easy to use - just blow it up using your own "puff" (dont need a pump) and stick the plug in and you're good to go! If you dont get it completely full, dont worry as most exercises want the ball to be a bit soft anyway (around 75% full). Ball has good grip making it good for the kind of exercises we use it for. Quality seems good - it feels like tough sort of material so should stand up well to long term use. Only "issue" is that it took a few weeks for the crease-lines to completely disappear after having inflated it. Doesn't impact use, just looked a bit weird for a while - but eventually it made it to its final ball form.

Could do with a proper air valve to assist with inflating
So, inflating it isn’t the problem, keeping it that way is. You blow up the ball, but the moment you stop or pull the straw to place the plug, it’s already deflating. You essentially need to blow it up more than you want and keep blowing as you pull the straw with your teeth and pray you get the plug placed in time. You (or a friend if you are lucky enough to have help) need to be lightning quick or you have a half inflated ball. Could do with a small one way valve to help with this. Like you have in air mattresses or vacuum seal bags, but smaller obviously. Once you get the thing inflated properly, it seems to hold air well. I put a fair bit of pressure on it to make sure the plug wouldn’t come flying out while I’m trying to do physio exercises - so far so good on that score. Like the colour. Not wild about the slightly… almost tacky? Texture. But I suppose that will help with grip on the thing.

Value for money!
A good, quite sturdy ball, but it's a bit awkward to inflate - easy to blow up using the "straw" included, but as others have noted, you need to be Ninja quick to get the stopper in place before it deflates!! But maybe Pilates balls are meant to be squashy?!!
