Great clippers
Had an old version and the new version is much better . It’s quiet, charge lasts long , great value for the price, and cuts my hair great. Will buy again . I cut my hair bald so I need the perfect clipper that doesn’t pull or cut me and this one is perfect.

Low motor life
Bought this end of April as a birthday gift (mid may birthday). Used maybe 4-5 times IF THAT and stopped working. Has charge, lights turn on but motor does not work. Worked great when functioning but leaving a low review due to how little it lasted. No way to contact support. “Troubleshooting” didn’t work.

Starts strong, but wears out quickly...
Initially, I was extremely happy with the trimmer. It ticked all of the boxes -- USB-C charging, long run time, consistent cuts. It ran very well for the first 8 weeks or so with ordinary use. That is, 3-4 times a week, maybe 5 minutes each time. But, around this point it develop a rattle. Then, I had to trim quite slowly or it would pull hairs instead of cutting. During this time I had been cleaning and oiling the blades regularly. I even took apart the blade assembly to deep clean everything when the problems started. Nothing helped. It seems that the usable life for these is just a few months. I give it two stars, as the initial performance was great.

So far so good 👍 I use it trim my head , cuts close enough for me , feels quality. I actually bought this model through research using AI, I put in a price I wanted to pay , and AI recommend this model through Amazon . Time will tell

Horrible device, definitely not tested well. I used it once and then after a couple of days it wouldn't turn on even though LCD showed 166 mins of charge. I put it on charge anyway and then it wouldn't turn-off. I had to open it up and cut the cable inside it (lost warranty), to stop it from becoming a fire hazard!
