Bought on recommendation from a you tube video I watched. Really good quality. The vibrant red colour worked excellently for my Red Velvet cake. Gel colour is much better than liquid, more controllable and doesn’t alter the consistency of the cake. I have reordered a couple of times now. Would recommend.

Brought this years ago due to it being vegan, it was a touch pricey but it is a very good strong shade of red. It comes as a paste rather than liquid which has pros and cons depending on what it's used in. Has lasted a long time.

The colour is pretty, be wary that it is really pigmented so you only need a tiny bit to achieve desired colour - use gloves too when handling this as it will stain your skin and nails

Always use sugarflair. Lasts a long time and lovely range of colours.

You only need the smallest amount and mix mix mix! Really high quality. I used it to create a water effect. First batch I made was WAY to saturated, pictured is the second.

The food colouring came out much paler than “graphite” once combined with frosting- it took a lot to make any impression on the white frosting whatsoever.
