I just might be ordering another one of these. I use it to hold my plants and my bamboo that I put in the back of the tank. Adding plants to the back of your tank helps reduces nitrates. Such a great little tool to have.

Use this for axolotl tank and works well for holding plant cuttings. Keeps roots submerged with leaves exposed

These plant holders seem well made and do exactly what they’re supposed to. They fit nicely behind the glass tops of my tank and hold the plants securely in place. Simple, effective, and a great addition for aquarium setup.

Holds average sized lucky bamboo really well. Pothos work well I. This too. Good solid quality, easy to use and doesn't look bad in the tank/edge

Probably work best for bamboo, or something with think enough roots, most of my plants stems were to skinny and kept slipping in to the water which was causing rot, so I had to double up or even triple up in each hole to keep them up, but sits perfect on my rim aquarium so if you have thicker stem plants these will probably work amazingly

These are great for growing plants from out side your aquarium.. cuz some of us have fish that will rip live plants to shreds

I got these for bamboo stalks. Most fit, but some are too big for these holes. I put baby spider plants in, they grow roots in the tank, they seem to really like fish water! This holds well, it's not going to fall into the tank. I have a rimmed tank, but this would work just as well on a rimless.
