Believe it for not, we used these for chub rub! And, I'm not kidding, it worked better than anything we've ever tried. We are not very large people but Disney really shows you where you chafe. Helped the chafing pain a lot; cause we didnt have any! They are light in color and worked for my (I'm caucasian). They adhered VERY well...almost too well. They were a little difficult to take off. And they even left their "stickiness" behind for like a month.

This kinesiology tape is strong, flexible, and sticks really well without irritating my skin. I originally bought it for workouts, but I actually use it when I want to go braless too — it gives light lift and support and stays in place all day. The uncut rolls are great because you can customize the length and shape you need, whether for muscle support or clothing hacks. No peeling, no residue, and it holds up even in heat and through many showers !

I LOVE this tape! My PT showed me how to tape a sore thumb joint after he worked on it. I bought this tape to use as it was healing. It was very effective in taking the the pain away immediately! The tape survives a shower and dries well. I really like that it sticks well but does not leave any "gummy" residue when you pull it off!

I've been using this tape for a few weeks now and have been very impressed with it. I have a medium sized chest and the rolls last a while. It doesnt irritate my skin like other tapes I've tried. It can be a little itchy/tingly sometimes but if applied properly, it's not bad at all. I've worn it in the shower and has done just fine. Just remember to use an oil when removing it so it doesnt blister. I always soak it in baby oil for 15+ minutes and then it comes right off. After a few days, it'll start to get stringy and leave adhesive/stickiness on my skin after taking it off but after some scrubbing thatll come off. I've noticed it in other tapes too but it seems to leave a little more stickiness than other tapes I've tried. Overall: it gets the job done and doesn't irritate my skin. Obviously everyone's skin is different and it might take a few trys to find the tape that works for you. Tape safely!
