Have been taking these for a while now, though like other supplements my husband and I both take we don't really know if were feeling any different. I am not getting sick or feeling bad but he has had some issues here and there but that is just how it is with him. I will say I like the ease in taking these. They are easily swallowed, don't have any odor and or taste. They are a fantastic value for the amount you get and if the health benefits are what they say they should be then I'm a fan and will be buying these again once I eventually run out because there really is so much in this pouch they sent that I still have quite a bit in there and that is with 2 people taking 1 each daily.

I’ve been taking these Vitamin D3/K2 softgels for about two years and have really liked them. They’re easy to swallow, the ingredients look clean, and I’ve consistently taken 4–5 softgels a day because I thought my Vitamin D levels needed extra support. However, I recently had routine bloodwork done, and my Vitamin D levels still came back low. That surprised me considering the amount I’ve been taking daily. I’m not sure what the issue is — whether it’s absorption, dosage, or something else — but it does make me wonder if the potency is as strong as the label suggests. Overall, I like the product, the price, and the convenience, but my recent test results left me uncertain. I may try a different brand just to compare.

Firstly, this is fantastic, I was looking around for D3 + K2 supplements that had 10000IU+ per-capsule/gel. Secondly, the weird misinformation going around that 10k IUs is too much for a person per-day is completely false. You have to consume D3 with K2, Magnesium, and Zinc (zinc from multi-vitamins) in order for your body to safely handle these dosages. Furthermore, if you actually look and read the research papers and tests done with extremely high dosages of D3, you'll notice they go up WELL beyond what we're consuming, such as 100k-250k+ IUs... that's insane if you think about it, but those patients were all benefitting from the dosages EVEN THOUGH there are doctors who'll faint from looking at those numbers. I've been consuming 5k IUs for several months, bumped up to 10k IUs, and now hover between 20k and 30k IUs daily, this is because I'm supplementing D3 with the K2 and atleast 100mcg of Magenesium Glycmate + Citrate and 20mg (that's milligrams) of Zinc PER-10k IUs of D3 + K2. People easily are deterred and fearmongered by mistakes other folks have made on their consumption of D3, in reality, you can get 20k IUs of D3 from just being out in the summer-sun for about 20 minutes. So this is misinformation and the doctors who do understand this are few in number yet they encourage this dosage type since they've seen patients heal and grow healthier. For reference, I've been able to forgo many symptoms of joint-pains, depression, anxiety, and various autoimmune issues since starting supplementation. I've noticed that my wounds heal quicker now too and D3 with the cofactors is incredibly safe, to the point vitamin D3 toxicity (as people like to call it) is non-existent if you consume it with the cofactors like magnesium and K2. Lastly, D3 has multiple forms, there's the form you get from the sun that has a half-life that's lower than the half-life of the supplemented form that exists in the bloodstream and your cells (yes the active form of D3 exists in your cells and the normal form of D3 exists in your bloodstream). With that said, this is a great product and I've been effectively benefitting from the benefits as I don't get much sun, especially now that winter's coming around.

Great product no burps or after taste

I was drinking these almost every day and my hair started to fall of. So I cut back the dosage to one vitamin three times a week and now the hair is coming back. The softgels are small and easy to swallow. Also, the packaging was not working because of the humidity where I live but I just swapped the vitamins to a recycled pill bottle.

I am reordering these are fabulous . Especially if you have trouble with constipation . I had to back off and take every other day .
