The item stopped working after about three weeks. I tried for about a week to get it going again, but to no avail. Now I look at my return window closed yesterday. So I looks like I’m stuck with this. Do not purchase this item. It doesn’t work.

Good product so far!!

I loved the high heat setting, the size of mat and fuzzy fabric but today it didn’t turn on. I tested it on multiple outlets in the home and the control doesn’t turn on at all, broke under 2 months of occasional use.

This works ok. The heater doesn't heat up much.It fits the bed and is fairly secure. Material isn't as plush as I thought it would be.I know this won't last very long. I'll use it until it does but most likely wouldn't purchase again for my treatment room.

Fits table nicely

My clients rave about this bed pad!! They love how it heats and they cannot feel the wires inside to heat it. It doesn’t get too hot where it’s uncomfortable. The cord length is great. My bed is pretty thick and this fits it perfectly! I HIGHLY recommend if you’re looking to elevate your client experience.
