The media could not be loaded.  As I placed this order, I wish it arrive in the same day! Anyway it arrived quicker than the estimate date. For my experience with this scooter. I could say it is powerful, it can carry me and my wife at same time. It's nice to have a sit with it. The battery can last around 35-40km when fully charged. Easy to fold as well! Also I don't need to worry about the wheels, because the tire of the wheel is solid. It has shock absorber, so it is comfortable when riding. Love it.

My wife has been ill for the last two years and this great little scooter allows her to her come with me when I take the dog out for a walk. Very easy to finish assembly, in fact it is mostly assembled at point of delivery. Very useful having the seat. Battery lasts ages, we have had a few high speed bursts but it's mainly used it at walking pace. Very satisfied.

This doesn’t deserve a dot let alone one star. What a dreadful Scooter .I bought this end of October 2020 . The front tire will not stay inflated. No one knows anything about vacuum tires ? Nothing. This wheel, will not stay inflated. The company that sold it sent me this green stuff? In a clear plastic bag. No idea how this stuff gets into front tire ? Yeah I tried to squeeze it in threw the the valve. Nothing. so I have a scooter with a damaged wheel . And that’s not including the how much Wobble.( very unsteady) I’ve tightened the screws so many times the groove is wearing. This entire Escooter is one big waste of £499.00 pounds I don’t have to lose. Does anyone know what can be done? Am sure this is just a damaged one off the factory. Bad luck. I’m returning after a few months of Riding I changed tyres to inner tube, much easier to fix if punctured. If your tall and quite heavy, battery runs out very quickly. The motor is not 800 watts. I’m getting a bigger battery and upgrading it

Good for the money happy with it so far good for getting me back and forward to work like a breeze only thing had to tight up back brake was no working right but easy fix . It’s got a good pull away n a fast scooter lot faster in the norm

love this scooter its well built fast for what it is and the support I got from the company was very quick as was the delivery of the scooter was here in 3days if your wanting scooter that is quick speed quick delivery and quick customer support then this is the one you want and for £500 you can't grumble oh and make sure choose the newest h5 pro as the first gen has not got a patch on this one

I have already driven 50 km and I am not completely delighted with the scooter I have a few, unfortunately, critical comments.I was not impressed with the operation of the springs in the front, they creak and move hard, loosening the screws that hold them. With my weight (100 kg) they are hard and hit every obstacle like the edge of a paving slab transferring vibrations to the handlebars instead of damping or leveling unevenness.The downside of the scooter for me is the uncovered LED strip on the side of the scooter. Any branch protruding from the ground is able to break it. The vehicle is therefore not suitable for trips through the forest and previously unknown terrain.The advantage is that there is no need to configure the settings in the starting panel. Unlocking the speed basically only works once and has to be repeated each time you unload or turn off the scooter. The levers and the scooter itself work without any problems, time will tell how quickly they will wear out (they do not look solid).Update (after 150 km):The range is only 30 km (my weight is about 100 kg), I checked the batteries, and the application indicated 32% battery consumption, although the control panel was already dead and did not want to turn on the engine. After a short walk, the panel turned on and I started the engine for several dozen seconds. After which the scooter stopped working completely and I walked home.The front suspension after adjusting the screws became softer, but in my opinion, driving many kilometers had an impact on its softness.Charging time: from 0% (Hitway app displays false values - 30%) to 100% - 7h 10 min

This company has been fantastic!! After buying xiaomi and having the worst experience ever. Bought a scooter from xiaomi that was only 6 months old. Charging port needing fixing which they charged me £133 for, charged me for a bell which i removed to put in the box to transportthe scooter and told them i still had it. Said their warranty didnt cover electric fault!!! On a electric scooter!! So go figure! scooter arrived after 29 days to still not work. Sent bk to xiaomi and had another few weeks of stress and them wanting more money on a 6month scooter that was still nearly new. Fast forward to this scooter and company and I have to say its been so refreshing to deal with such a "honest" company that seem to go above and beyond for customers. With 3 kids I know I'll be buying more at some point and when I do, this is the ONLY place I'll purchase after such terrible experience with PURE scooters and Xiaomi scooters. This company all the way.

This scooter is an absolute steal. It’s quick and nice to ride. Easy to assemble. No problem with punctures as it’s tubeless. I got 23mph on level terrain, around 28mph tops downhill and I weigh around 100kg which is very good. Range is also outstanding, I’m able to ride around my entire town and the battery not even going down by much. Speedometer is accurate, does what it says on the tin. Definitely worth the extra money then buying a standard xiaomi scooter. The only problem and that’s me being picky is the led lights are a bit to much for me and it’s not possible to disable. (Covered up with black tape)
