Beautiful lighter
A beautiful lighter craftsmanship is outstanding it was hard to get it to Light after many tries but I think I worked a stiffness out of it and it works just fine now.

Nice quality feel and Appearance
this is a very nice lighter, easy to replace the flint and fuel. After reading another review I want to point out that it will light every time without effort if you place your thumb on the actuator and PULL BACK. instead of trying to push straight down. I would recommend this item to my friends

Awesome Beautiful Lighter, Hard to Use
The media could not be loaded. Awesome Beautiful Lighter, Hard to Usehttps://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D4HYJDGL3.5 stars8/21/24This is a hard review for me to write. The reason is that I do love this lighter and I wanted so much to give this 5 stars. But I can’t. Let me explain why.First of all, this is a beautiful lighter. The presentation is nice but the lighter itself is very intricate in detail. I feel like they really cut no corners and took no shortcuts on this. It’s on the heavy side and appears to be real brass. It has a wick cap on it. The action is stiff but sure. This is an exquisite lighter and the prettiest one I have. So I want to be clear… when it comes to the lighter itself - the quality, the action, etc. - this is hands down a 5 star product. The problem is that it’s hard to hold to use. Watch my unboxing video and you’ll see what I mean. Granted, I just took the video last night… I need to go buy more butane to put in here to use it, so I haven’t actually made a flame yet. However, I triggered it just to see the action. The problem is that it took many tries. It is so short (which I do love the look) that I couldn’t grip it tight enough to light it. Again, the action is stiff - maybe because it’s new. No idea… but regardless, every time I’d press down to light, it would fly out of my hand. I just couldn’t hold it. Even in one of the pictures in the listing, you can see that the person is holding the lighter with just his thumb and it looks like his pointer finger. It’s just not doable (again, this lighter is very stiff… you need some finger and grip strength just to flick it, let alone hold it at the same time). So, very extremely regrettably, I’m bringing this rating down to a 3 out of 5 because, as of right now, it’s simply not usable for me without accidentally dropping it a handful of times before I can produce a flame. Maybe it just takes some getting used to. Or maybe there’s a knack. All i know is, for me, right here, right now, this isn’t usable. By the way, all the paperwork inside is in Chinese. I hope they can add English translation next time.Again, while it is 3 stars overall, this is a FIVE STAR product as far as looks, quality, and workmanship. If you’re not going to use it often, please get it. But if you’re putting this in your go-bag, get something else.If I figure out the trick to this, I’ll update my review and rank if necessary.* UPDATE * - As I was finishing up this review right now, I thought I’d give it another try… I just don’t want to rate such a nice lighter so low. Thankfully, I was able to use it this time. It’s still hard but you can see it at the end of the video that will be uploaded with this review. You have to prop it on one finger, stabilize with another, and press with your thumb. Even so, I still dropped it a couple times in trying… but I can see that this is something that may overcome and then ultimately find this usable. I’m raising this review now to a 3.5 stars, which rounds up to 4 on Amazon.
