I recently purchased a GoPro device online, but I am facing multiple issues during setup and usage. Installation Issue: I am trying to install my GoPro, but the setup process is not progressing after scanning the QR code. I have also attempted to connect it through the GoPro Quik app, but there is no progress. Overheating Issue: The device is overheating significantly even though I am using it for less than 15 minutes. It becomes excessively hot, making it uncomfortable to handle. I request your immediate assistance in resolving these issues. Please let me know if there are any troubleshooting steps or if a replacement is required.

Hi, I recently purchased the GoPro Hero 13. Until now, I haven’t received any additional lenses with the package—could someone please confirm if lenses are included by default or if they need to be purchased separately? Also, I’ve noticed a couple of issues: 1.The camera heats up quite a bit during usage. 2.The battery drains very quickly, even with minimal use. Would appreciate if anyone or the seller could clarify whether this is expected or if I might have received a faulty unit. Thanks in advance!

Not good as DJI 5pro video quality, even get heated

I ordered the GoPro Hero 13 Black, which was listed at ₹37,990 Model CHDFB-131-AS in the box items - Light Mod, Magnetic Latch Mount, Media Mod, HERO13 Black Camera, Volta (Battery Grip / Tripod / Remote). However, I received a lower-end model CHDHX-131-RW priced at ₹29,780 in the box HERO13 Black Camera, Enduro Battery, Curved Adhesive Holder, Mounting Buckle + Fixing Screw, USB-C Cable. While the camera itself might be okay, this is a significant error. I'm disappointed that I didn't receive the product I paid for.

Desde criança que sempre sonhei em ter uma GoPro. Finalmente consegui comprar uma e posso dizer que foi uma das maiores decepções que já tive na minha vida. A qualidade em baixa iluminação é simplesmente horrível, caso esteja um dia mais coberto ou seja mais o final do dia em que o sol já se está a pôr, a imagem fica com imenso ruído, tornando as filmagens impossíveis de utilizar. A segunda vez que fui usar a câmara, verifiquei que a mesma tinha bastante humidade debaixo do ecrã traseiro e na lente, não sei como é que ali foi parar, uma vez que quando usei a câmara, nem sequer estava a chover. E mesmo que estivesse, como é suposto eu ter confiança para levar a câmara para baixo de água se sem sequer apanhar água já ganha humidade no interior e na lente. *a fotografia da avaliação já foi depois da humidade sair um bocado. Na lente nem sequer está visível pois já tinha evaporado.

So far so good, can’t fault this little action camera as of yet, works perfectly and very easy to set up and get going, with some help from YouTube you can find the settings that suit your needs, battery life is ok, won’t say it’s brilliant but it’s not too bad either, having extra on hand is always a good idea, they do tend to run hot after a while, I got mine on sale so was always going to be a decent value for the price, the camera quality and picture quality are as described, always going to be pros and cons with anything you buy these days
