Need weight of only the plastic tank empty. Need exact weight for a build

This question makes no sense...The tank holds 30gal so that's 249.9 lbs.. Whatever you build better be able to hold a lot more than that..

do you know if is fine if i hang this 30 gal. tank with 2 metal straps 1.5 inches wide from the chassis of the truck ??

Yes, you will need to enclose the entire tank and brace it letting it sit on a level surface such as plywood or sheet metal. Be sure you check clearance to avoid having the tank removed on a speed bump or curb. Do not hang the tank under the trailer with straps, enclose tank on level surface.Food Vendors: Some states require your gray water tank to be placed outside of your trailer for safety reasons. How many gallons per minute will flow out of this tank?

It depends on your pump more than the tank. If you use the 1-1/2 inch hole you can pretty much drain it gravity in 90 seconds. Pulling it down with a large pump then you could probably do it in 30 seconds.
