I recently tried Liquid I.V.’s Cotton Candy flavor, and overall, it’s a fun and unique addition to their hydration lineup. The flavor really does remind me of classic cotton candy — sweet, a little fruity, and nostalgic without being overpowering. It’s definitely sweeter than most of Liquid I.V.'s other options, which makes it feel more like a treat than a typical hydration drink.In terms of mixability, it dissolves easily into water with just a few shakes, leaving no gritty texture or clumps. The hydration benefits are just as strong as the other flavors, thanks to Liquid I.V.’s electrolyte-packed formula and Cellular Transport Technology (CTT). I noticed a real difference in how quickly I felt rehydrated, especially after workouts and on hot days.One thing to note: if you’re not a fan of sweet drinks, this flavor might be a little too intense. Smells just like those cotton candy Aldi yogurt tubes, it sooooo good. Definitely has a hint of cotton candy, it’s obviously a tiny bit salty bc it’s a hydration drink, but that fades as you drink. Definitely recommend doing the Purple Water thing since it’s just fun and you only need half the pack of both colors. It’s just fun, nothing changes between the taste of the two I don’t think. Got me to start drinking water again and get the ball rolling if I add less every time I go back so that I have that cotton candy essence. But yeah this is definitely not a flavor mix in like a kool aid would be, but it is definitely good for electrolytes! Also 100% add ice, it adds to the experience lol.

At first, I did not like this product because it had a lot of hype on other platforms, so my expectations were extremely high..but after diluting it a little bit ..turns out I love it and I just ordered my second bag! Mixing half of the blue and half of the pink is really yummy as well! I just have to be careful with my intake of sodium when not being active. The salt can be dehydrating if you aren't working out or being active to replace what you lose when sweating basically. Anyways, I highly recommend and I'm also excited to try other new flavors!

I was inspired by tik tok to try this and of course being a prime member meant I would receive this quicker ordering it through Amazon! If you like the taste of cotton candy this is a MUST!!!! I tend to not drink as much water at work as I should but since buying this I am staying hydrated ALL day! Absolutely love this and will be doing a subscription to receive it on a regular basis!!!!

If you like the taste of Liquid IV, I think you'll love this flavor. For someone who has never had a Liquid IV before, and has heard only the TikTok hype regarding the "Crispy Purple Water" proceed with some caution. It does taste like cotton candy to be sure, however, it is not akin to dropping cotton candy into water and letting it dissolve. The flavor is far more muted, less sweet, and a tad bit salty (thanks to the sodium added to enhance water absorption and improve hydration). Lovely product, lovely flavor, I imagine this would be sooooo good after a night out, but it is not Cirkul or Water Enhancement Drops. My fault for going in blind with nothing but high expectations, but if you know what Liquid IV tastes like, 10/10.

I took a chance on this because I haven’t had good luck with hydration packets in the past (picky, what can I say?). I had never tried Liquid IV before this, but now that I work outside in the Florida sun, I’m drinking them every day. This is definitely a tasty way to get hydrated if you don’t want just water.

I've never been a fan of flavored water or Gatorade but I had a few of these free samples in my free welcome Amazon Baby Registry goodie bag. I didn't try them until I got home from the hospital after giving birth and found myself super thirsty all the time. I loved all three flavors they'd given me which were watermelon, lime and I think fruit punch. Now I'm quite addicted to these trying all the flavors and none have disappointed me. I think it's the perfect blend of salt and sugar that has me hooked.

Smells and tastes just like cotton candy! Love the flavor of these packets and mix perfectly in my 40oz. I struggle to drink water so putting one into my water 1-2 times per week helps. Perfect for long hot days outside like the beach! Would highly recommended this flavor!
