Great customer service!!
One of the pots was defective. Contacted the manufacturer/seller, the were very prompt and replaced the pot within 3 days of being contacted. Would definitely buy from them again.

Didn’t keep tea hot
I poured steaming hot tea in, within 30 mins it was just warm, it was really embarrassing.
