I have been looking for a product that let's me recover electrolytes after a run and sweating a lot so opted to try these tablets. The packaging itself is quite lightweight and easy to carry around. The tablets themselves dissolve quickly in water as per the instructions. I opted for the mango flavour, which is sweet but not too sweet and just enough mango flavouring to mask the slight chemical aftertaste. The drink seems to rehydrate you pretty well and allowed me to recover from working out. I would say these are really effective and worth the price.
